Detailed 1970 census data, including population statistics, housing data, and geographic boundaries combined with software for creating reports and displaying data as colorful thematic maps.
Over 8,500 demographics and geographic identifiers exist for every geographic area, down to Census Tract. CensusCD 1970 exports data for use with other software such as word processing, spreadsheet, database, and statistical programs. In addition, a full set of 1970 tract maps, along with mapping software, has also been included. Map boundaries can be exported into Arc View Shape format or MapInfo MID/MIF format. CensusCD 1970 includes the full data gathered from the Census long form, including information on housing, income, occupation, marital status, race, educational attainment, ancestry, and family structure.
