Online archive of more than 800,000 pages of primary sources (1874-1965) from British premier Winston S. Churchill, including his personal and official correspondence, speeches, and other writings. Also includes essays, teaching materials, and more.
Comprised largely of materials digitized from the Churchill Archives Centre, Bloomsbury Publishing"s Churchill Archive is a digital library of modern international history. It includes more than 800,000 pages of original documents, produced between 1874 and 1965, ranging from Winston S. Churchill’s personal correspondence to his official exchanges with kings, presidents, politicians, and military leaders. UConn Library offers permanent access to the full archive, as well as specially commissioned essays written by leading historians and curated groups of documents focusing on wide areas of study and research.
